Baking has always been my passion since my childhood. When I first decided to pursue a career in the kitchen, I studied in MSA in Istanbul many moons ago. Then, I decided to move to Italy for further training in culinary, and studied in Alma Scuola Cucina. After I worked at Antica Dolceria Bonajuto in Sicily for a while, I returned to Istanbul and worked in many prestigious hotels' and restaurants' pastry departments. Next, I moved to London in 2011 to work in The Lanesborough and following to that Hyatt London - The Churchill In 2016, I moved to Edinburgh and worked in hotels such as Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh and Prestonfield House Edinburgh Finally, just before the lockdown I decided to open my own shop specialized in éclairs. I hope you enjoy many years of experience that I put into the little éclairs that I make for you.
